While ADHD may be different and unusual from the average person, giftedness is a brain structure that differentiates between the normal and the abnormal, the genius and the gifted, the semi-gifted and the gifted.
I'm talking about being a gifted person who has different capabilities and values than others.

This is an essay based on my experience of what kind of life an ADHD person should live, what kind of work they should do, and what kind of people they should meet given this giftedness.
I think it will help people with ADHD get out of a bad life and into a better one.
Please check it out.
After being diagnosed with ADHD, I researched the relationship between ADHD and giftedness and was pleased to find that while the pain was profound, as the mountains are high and the valleys are deep, there were also significant benefits, knowing that ADHDers have a different brain structure and think and work differently than the average person.

I believe that ADHD can be managed by taking medication, exercising, creating a lifestyle that works for you, changing things up, and living in peace and that your frontal lobe can be healthy even as you age due to brain plasticity.

I hope all ADHDers can use their giftedness to live creative and productive lives.
